Here are some of my favs:
  1. Avocado- Keeps the skin young and fresh, so pile on that Guacamole!
  2. Wild Salmon- Helps keep you mentally sharp
  3. Oysters- Fights eye related diseases and serves as an antioxidant.
  4. Dark Chocolate- Protects skin from moderate sun damage.
  5. Sweet Potatoes- Keeps your skin nice and silky smooth.
